 TEAS FOR GENERAL HEALTH

TUES - General Tonic - 20 herbs.

THUR - Nervine Relaxant - 12 herbs.

SUN - Depurative - 20 herbs.

It is recommended to use the herbal tea system all year round as they are the foundation to good health.

TUESDAY/GENERAL TONIC TEA.

Is a general tonic containing natural vitamins. The tonic herbs strengthen and enliven specific organs or the whole body. It has a slow energising effect when taken regularly, helping to keep the body supplied with essential vitamins and minerals keeping the immune system strong and healthy.

Each bag makes 15 gallons.

THURSDAY/NERVINE RELAXANT TEA.

Is a nervine relaxant which has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Nervines relieve nervous irritations acting as a calmative to be used the day before basketing for racing.

SUNDAY/DEPURATIVE TEA.

Is a combination of depurative, anti-microbial, sinus and expectorant herbs.

Depurative herbs which purify the system by removing waste toxins, purifying the blood.

Anti-microbial herbs help to maintain the balance of friendly bacteria creating a healthy environment leading to a stronger immune system.

Sinus herbs assist in keeping the air passages in the skull bone clear.

Bronchial herbs have a cleansing effect on lower respiratory system.

Expectorant herbs help to cleanse the upper respiratory tract.

BREWING METHOD.

(For all teas).

1 dessert spoonful to a tea pot, pour on hot water "just off the boil". Leave to stand for 15 mins. Strain and add to 4 pints of cold water. If more tea is needed use 2 spoons to 8 pints etc.
